Cities Edge Salon & Spa offers traditional UV tanning beds and Air-Brush body tanning. We offer 3, 5 and 10 tanning session packages and they expire six months after purchase. In addition, customers can purchase one month unlimited tanning or join our membership program. You can use any bed with all of our packages.

Tanning of the skin requires a UV source, whether it is indoor or outside. No sales pitch here, the truth is that the use of lotion helps to stimulate the available melanocyte (at the time of tanning) which in turn increases melanin. The production of melanin is needed to achieve that amazing tan! Lotion will help you build and maintain a base and achieve a darker tan. If you tan without lotion most likely your skin is dry and you are essentially throwing money out the door. The type of lotion of matters too and our staff can match you up with the lotion that is best suited for your skin type and tanning goals.
It’s no secret that the perfect tan starts with the right lotion. It’s not a sales pitch. Your skin needs hydration and nutrients! Choosing the right lotion can be confusing, but our trained staff will recommend the lotion that is best for your skin type and tanning goals.
Tanning Lotions
Intensifiers
This type of lotion is great for first time tanners or those with skin lighter skin types. This type of lotion enhances your skin color without DHA (Dihydroxyacetone) and use of natural bronzing ingredients.
Tinglers
Tingler lotions are for the very experienced tanners. This product increases the blood and oxygen circulation in the skin, therefore increasing the production of melanin. It is not to be used on the face, armpit and other sensitive areas. It is transferable.
Sunless Tanning Mouse
Looking for a special occasion tan and don’t want to uv tanning or airbrush, sunless tanning mouse is your answer. The DHA in sunless tanning mouse when interacting with the dead skin cells, darkening them, and providing a perfect glow!
Bronzers
Bronzers work excellent with experienced tanners or darker complexions. There are two types of bronzers, (1) Instant and (2) delayed. Instant bronzers are exactly that…provide instant tanning gratification.
Tan Extenders
This is your best friend post tanning. Tan extenders nourish your skin with ingredients that help to keep skin hydrated and replenished with hemp seed oil, vitamin E, vitamin B5 and more.
